Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Print the prepaid shipping label
  5. Package the items securely and attach the label
  6. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team through the methods available on our website.

Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale merchandise
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items without original tags
  • Personalized or customized products

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a free return and provide a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns based on change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We provide discounted shipping labels through our returns portal. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping expenses.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns.
