Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully recorded.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order by 12 PM EST)
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your selected shipping method, delivery destination, and total order weight. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a specified amount, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress using our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes using expedited shipping methods. For P.O. box deliveries, please select standard shipping only.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For persistent delivery problems, contact our customer service team within 7 days of expected delivery.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Updated holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States and its territories. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
